Presence in the workflow

Frontline / AI Sales PresenceWhat this presence does
Buyer discovery
Understands budget, family needs, location priorities, timeline and investment intent.
Inventory matching
Recommends live units, floor plans and payment options from approved inventory.
Immersive explanation
Presents amenities, views, layouts and neighbourhood context on physical displays.
Sales copilot
Prepares a buyer brief and suggested strategy before the human advisor joins.
Journey continuity
Continues shortlisted units, documents and follow-ups over WhatsApp after the visit.
Demand intelligence
Reveals objections, feature demand, unit interest and drop-off by buyer segment.
Quote only units, floor plans and payment plans that are live in inventory and priced on the approved cost sheet. Ask about budget, family size, location priorities and timeline before recommending anything. Never state a discount, offer or completion date the project team has not published. Before any booking, token or price negotiation, hand the buyer to a human advisor with the brief prepared. Store shortlists and follow-ups only after the buyer has agreed to be contacted. Log every recommendation against the inventory version it came from.

Boundaries by design
- Never confirms a booking, holds a unit or accepts a token payment.
- Does not quote a discount, waiver or handover date beyond the published cost sheet.
- Only stores a buyer's contact details and shortlist after they opt in.
- Never identifies a walk-in by face; returning buyers are matched on consented QR or WhatsApp number.
Before you buy
Deployment questions.
What hardware goes into the sales gallery?
A holobox or touch display beside the development model, a microphone array, and a camera that detects an approaching visitor without identifying them. Buyers continue on their own phone by scanning a QR code; nothing to install.
Who approves what the presence can say and do?
The sales head owns the approved project knowledge and the cost sheet; the presence quotes only from that version. Pricing, offers and availability change through the CRM or inventory system, never through the presence. Its actions are fixed: shortlist, WhatsApp follow-up and advisor handover.
Where is buyer data stored, and for how long?
Buyer profiles and shortlists write to your CRM only after opt-in. Transcripts sit in a tenant-isolated store in the region you choose, kept 90 days by default. A walk-in who does not opt in leaves no profile; that session is dropped when it ends.
How does a human advisor take over?
The presence pages an advisor when a buyer wants to negotiate, hold a unit or book, or when it hears a serious objection. The advisor arrives with a one-screen brief: budget, shortlisted units, objections raised and the suggested next step.
What does a 90-day pilot cover?
One sales gallery, one project's live inventory and cost sheet, and WhatsApp follow-up for visitors who opt in. We connect to your CRM read-write in the first two weeks, then run the presence beside your advisors for the remaining ten.
How are outcomes counted?
Every gallery visit is counted as qualified or not. Opted-in buyers are written to the CRM as leads; the rest count as anonymous visits. Visit-to-booking conversion is then read from the pipeline your team already reports, presence-handled visits beside advisor-only visits over the same weeks.
